The role requires maintaining dignity and respect for each client and ensuring proper shift documentation.
Candidates should enjoy working with senior citizens, be compassionate, dependable, and possess a positive attitude, with reliable transportation being necessary for the role. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and while 2+ years of home care experience is preferred, a CNA certification is considered a plus.
