include providing direct care to clients by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility transfers. Additionally, the role involves assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, medication reminders, accurate documentation, and maintaining a safe environment.
Candidates must possess current CNA certification in Washington or the ability to obtain one within 200 days, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and current CPR certification. Essential requirements also include passing a criminal background check, having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and demonstrating kindness, compassion, empathy, and excellent reliability.

Generations Home Care is currently seeking quality CNA/HCA's to join our team in providing home care services to our clients in the Tacoma, Washington area and throughout Pierce County. As a CNA/HCA with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients by assisting them with their daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting their overall well-being. This is a variable hour position, with opportunities for part time or full-time work depending on performance, client requests and availability.
