Home Careolina specializes in providing in-home non-medical care for seniors, dedicated to supporting elderly individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life through personalized caregiving services.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide quality care. We have multiple shifts available:

9:00 am to 3:00 pm

3:00 pm to 9:00 pm

9:00 am to 6:00 pm

12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

9:00 am to 1:00 pm

With overnights as well!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report any concerns.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support medication management and adherence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Document observations and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Respect client confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home health, senior care, or related caregiving roles.
• Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and provide emotional support.
• Familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
