The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs, including administering medications and performing ordered treatments. Responsibilities also involve supervising care staff, collaborating on care plans, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures.
Candidates must possess a valid Ohio LPN license and a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking. Essential attributes include strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a respectful professional approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
