The Chaplain provides spiritual guidance by offering pastoral care services to residents, family members, and associates, and leads worship and spiritual enrichment opportunities for residents and staff. Responsibilities also include supporting residents with end-of-life spiritual care and participating in interdisciplinary team care planning.
Candidates should exemplify kindness, value teamwork, and possess strong communication skills and creativity. Minimum requirements include at least 2 years serving a congregation, preferably in a senior community or healthcare setting, and familiarity with end-of-life processes and Advance Directives.
