The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide care to seniors and individuals with illness, injury, or chronic disease in their homes, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility exercises. Responsibilities also include monitoring vitals, checking blood glucose, documenting changes, and collaborating with the home health team to follow the patient's care plan.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent along with an active Nursing Assistant Certification in North Carolina, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Applicants also need a compassionate nature, good communication skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, plus a Covid-19 vaccination card.
