This role involves applying clinical expertise to assess, coordinate, and monitor service delivery, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations through comprehensive case reviews and timely resolution of assigned cases. Key duties include tracking quality of care concerns, contributing clinical knowledge to reviews, and identifying systemic issues for AHCCCS to address.
Minimum requirements include possession of a current Registered Nurse license in Arizona and three years of relevant healthcare experience, along with an Arizona Driver's License. Preferred qualifications include experience in managed care, case management, quality management, or utilization management, and relevant certifications.

Clinical Quality Management Coordinator: Office of the Director (OOD)

Starting salary at $71,032 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications.

May require a valid Arizona driver’s license for travel-related duties.
