Conduct occupational therapy evaluations in home and assisted living settings to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and educate patients and caregivers on safety and adaptive techniques.
Requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a valid MN or WI Occupational Therapy license. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current BLS certification.

Will cover the region of Stillwater and Washington County and St. Croix County, WI. Work is considered hybrid, meet one day/week in Stillwater office, plus visits in homes/AL and remote work.
Up to $70/hour depending on experience.
*This is a temporary assignment filling in for a leave of absence expected to start May 1st.
