The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide one-on-one care to seniors and ill individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and nutritional intake. Responsibilities also include checking vitals, monitoring blood glucose, documenting changes, and collaborating with the home health team to follow the patient's care plan.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with an active Nursing Assistant Certification in Georgia. Essential requirements include current hands-on CPR certification, a recent TB skin test, a valid GA driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
