Licensed Practical Nurses will provide care for pediatric patients within their homes, which includes examining patients, conducting assessments, documenting conditions, and reporting changes. Duties also involve reviewing, interpreting, transcribing, and carrying out physician orders, administering medication, and operating medical equipment.
Candidates must possess at least six months of experience in a comparable Licensed Practical Nurse role and hold a current South Dakota LPN license. Additional requirements include CPR certification, two professional references, passing a background check and drug screen, having a driver's license, current car insurance, and being at least 18 years old.
