The Endodontist will provide specialized dental care, primarily within a PPO practice setting, receiving direct referrals from several General Dentists across two locations. The role requires a commitment to patient care, operational excellence, and utilizing innovative approaches to support patients and the team.
Candidates must be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endodontist, preferably with one year of experience, and must possess an Endodontic Residency Certificate from an accredited dental school. A current applicable State Dental License, along with other necessary certifications like CPR, DEA, and NPI, is required.
Gentle Dental is searching for a Full time or Part time Endodontist at our Surprise and Avondale, Arizona practices.
$25,000 sign on bonus.
Company is able to provide H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship for this position.
