What you’ll do

As a Lead Care Professional, you’ll provide hands-on support to clients while also helping guide and support fellow caregivers.

Your work may include

  • Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeing
  • Completing simple visit documentation
  • Mentoring and supporting fellow care professionals
  • Assisting with client check-ins and supervisory visits
