The Certified Physical Therapy Assistant will provide physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, or functionality in various healthcare settings. This includes assisting physicians, conducting therapies, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on self-care.
Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Physical Therapy Assistant Program and hold an active CPTA license in Kansas, along with current CPR certification. Required attributes include good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, dexterity, and compassion.
