include providing personal hygiene assistance, helping clients with prescribed medication and mobility, and assisting with meal planning and preparation for elderly patients or those recovering from surgery or injury. The role also involves light housekeeping, accompanying clients on errands, and reporting any unusual incidents promptly.
Candidates must possess a compassionate and supportive demeanor, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and must have a valid driver's license with reliable daily transportation. A minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care is required, along with a willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
