Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years in licensing, credentialing, medical staff office, or compliance operations. Success requires deep knowledge of state practice acts, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet, and strong organizational and research skills.

The Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA) Manager is responsible for overseeing all CPAs across applicable states for Monogram Health’s practitioners, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. This role ensures compliance with state regulations, supports timely licensing and credentialing, and serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on CPA requirements.
The CPA Manager works closely with Licensing, Credentialing, Provider Enrollment, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Clinical Operations to ensure practitioners remain compliant and able to provide uninterrupted care. Success in this role requires deep knowledge of state practice acts, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment.
