The Medication Aide/Tech will be responsible for providing medication management and support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to residents according to their service plans. This includes documenting tasks, communicating resident needs, participating in meal service, and ensuring regulatory compliance and resident safety.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of caregiving experience, and at least six months of supervisory experience in a health-related field. Required qualifications include state-mandated certifications, First Aid certification, being 18 years or older, and demonstrating compassion for working with the elderly.
