The Recovery Specialist II is responsible for providing direct and indirect services that address the physical and psychological needs of members served, adhering to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. This role involves responding to member needs within a secure residential setting during overnight hours.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of two years of coursework plus two years of training/experience, or two years of lived experience in the field. Applicants are required to attend CPI training and must be prepared to assist with de-escalation when necessary.

Starting base pay at $15.54. Hourly commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Depending on what shifts you are asked to work: Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)
