The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) is responsible for providing recovery-focused services, including the safe and appropriate administration of physician-prescribed medical treatments and medications. This role ensures the safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care according to established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited LVN/LPT program and hold current licensure, along with current CPR/BLS certification. All applicants must be at least 18 years old and must obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (hands-on course) by the date of employment or prior to direct client care.

Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.
Expected starting wage range is $28.43 - $35.13. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Carmen Lane is a 12-bed crisis residential treatment (CRT) program providing comprehensive mental health and psychiatric treatment services in a safe, welcoming inpatient environment for adults with serious mental illness. We believe recovery starts from within, and that our job is to do whatever it takes to provide the support needed on your recovery journey in a comfortable, structured setting. Our team includes nurses, psychiatrists, clinicians, peer specialists, and recovery specialists providing support 24 hours a day.
