Caregivers will assist clients with non-skilled, non-medical care in their homes, which includes helping with prescribed medication, personal care, mobility, and light housekeeping duties like meal preparation. Responsibilities also involve collecting information about client conditions and reporting any unusual incidents to medical staff or family members.
Applicants must have one year or more of verifiable previous caregiver experience or an active STNA license, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should also possess physical endurance, a valid driver's license, and demonstrate respectful and compassionate bedside manner.
