Caregivers are responsible for providing essential personal care, including hygiene assistance, medication help, and mobility support for elderly patients or those recovering from injury or surgery. They also assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients on necessary outings.
Candidates must possess a compassionate and supportive demeanor, the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable daily transportation with a valid driver's license. A minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care is required, along with a willingness to enforce safety standards.
