The role also involves reviewing care plans, providing leadership to personnel, and ensuring direct care aligns with resident wishes.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited institution and hold a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state. Required knowledge includes nursing and medical practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations pertaining to nursing care facilities.
