As a Registered Nurse (RN), the role involves planning and delivering nursing care to residents according to all applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained. The nurse leader will also guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for residents.
Applicants must possess a current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state, and hold either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, welcoming new graduates. Candidates should be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care.
