As a Respiratory Therapist, the primary responsibility involves the evaluation, treatment, and care of residents suffering from breathing disorders under physician direction. This includes setting up and operating respiratory care equipment while closely monitoring the resident's physiological responses to therapy.
Candidates must possess 2-4 years of experience in direct Respiratory Therapy, hold a current state Respiratory License, and maintain a valid CPR/BLS certification. A strong understanding of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations is also mandatory.

As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT), you will be responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and care of residents with breathing disorders. Under the direction of a physician, you will set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases, while carefully monitoring each resident’s physiological responses to therapy.
