About the role

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring high quality and continuity in the provision of comprehensive primary medical care services. The RMA/CMA will perform typical front and back office clinical functions under the supervision of the clinic supervisor.

About this position

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring high quality and continuity in the provision of comprehensive primary medical care services. The RMA/CMA is utilized in performing typical front and back office clinical functions. The RMA/CMA is under the overall on-site supervision of the clinic supervisor.

  • Vocational/Technical
  • Medical Assistant training with registration or certification within 90 days of hire.

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Current CPR certification

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

Skilled in-patient care and medical procedures, including medication administration and triage for pediatric patients Skill in delivery of patient care and procedures.

Knowledge of medical terminology is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for patient interaction.

Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new tools and processes.

Computer literacy required.

Ability to learn new processes, tools, and equipment as required.

Requirements

Candidates must complete Medical Assistant training with registration or certification required within 90 days of hire, along with holding a valid Driver's License and current CPR certification. Essential skills include proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and triage for pediatric patients, strong communication, and computer literacy.
