The Registered Nurse Case Manager provides nursing services based on comprehensive nursing theory and process, communicating and documenting observations and assessments. This role is also responsible for the outcome of applicable quality studies and ensuring processes remain current annually.
Provides services to clients in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, agency policy, and accepted professional standards of practice. The Registered Nurse Case Manager provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory and nursing process, and communicates/documents observations and assessments. Responsible for the outcome of applicable OBQI/QA studies. Reviews all processes on a yearly basis to assure those processes are current and within or exceeding guidelines.
