Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field such as Psychology or Social Work, along with 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. Essential requirements include experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), strong communication skills for collaboration, and robust documentation and reporting abilities.

As a Behavioral Specialist, you will serve on a clinical interdisciplinary team to represent and advocate for each participant's behavioral health needs. You will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of participants, ensuring proper documentation, and delivering effective behavioral health interventions. You will conduct thorough behavioral health assessments, develop care plans, and provide counseling, symptom management, crisis intervention, and arrange necessary services. Additionally, you will train staff on behavioral health symptoms and interventions to improve patient outcomes.
