The Home Health Aide will provide essential personal care and support to seniors enabling them to live safely at home, including assistance with daily activities like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Aides must also help with mobility, provide medication reminders, document client conditions, and ensure a safe home environment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally have six months of experience in a healthcare role. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a compassionate nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are mandatory requirements.
