Trainees will receive intensive classroom and hands-on training to prepare them for a career as an ophthalmic technician, working alongside surgeons and optometrists to improve patient vision. Responsibilities include learning to perform complex diagnostic testing and exams to provide critical medical information for patient treatment.
The role is ideal for individuals new to the medical field who possess a passion for helping others and thrive in a professional, team-oriented setting. Candidates must have experience in a professional environment focused on customer service, with previous medical experience being preferred, and must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
