About the role

We’re currently inviting experienced Vascular, OB and MFM Sonographers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with physician partners, provide compassionate patient care, and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across a variety of clinic sites.

What you’ll do

  • Perform sonographic procedures
  • Cover a variety of clinical settings, which includes multiple site locations
  • Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history
  • Create reports to assist the physician with documentation
  • Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule-out patient/fetus anomalies
  • Communicate sonographic findings to physician
  • Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete successful amniocentesis
  • Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery
  • Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance
  • Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs
  • Other duties assigned by managers

Is this you?

  • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty
  • Registered General and/or Vascular Technologist Certification (RVT)
  • 1+ years OB/GYN sonography experience
  • Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to specialty
  • Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
  • Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

  • Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE)
  • Registered in Breast (BR)
  • Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
  • 1+ years high-risk OB and or MFM sonography experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study

Risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Category 1 - Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.

Requirements
