The Physical Therapist is responsible for implementing skilled physical therapy services, which includes evaluating patients, developing initial and ongoing treatment plans, and creating discharge plans. They must also supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and contribute to case management while maintaining positive interactions.
The role requires the ability to provide quality patient care according to physical therapy principles and adhere to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy services. Candidates must also be capable of supervising PTAs and collaborating effectively with staff.
