Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for fostering a warm and supportive environment by prioritizing resident well-being through assisting with activities of daily living and providing companionship. The role involves creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention for each resident.
Candidates must possess a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana and demonstrate the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence, along with adherence to C.A.R.E. values, are also required.
