As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the role involves developing meaningful relationships with residents and staff while utilizing nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. Nurses are expected to lead teamwork, collaborate with facility teams for comprehensive care, and maintain a positive work environment.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana, along with proficiency in medication management and the ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurate documentation. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence are essential requirements.
