Urgent Care Physician Assistant On-call

• We’re looking for a Physician Assistant with urgent care experience to work on an on-call basis.
• Clinicians may work pre-planned shifts or pick up shifts as they become available.
• We offer extended hours, advanced imaging, stat labs, and observation capabilities.
• The ideal candidate will be available to cover all shifts including evenings, able to see all age ranges and a large variety of medical conditions.

Position Details

Expanded hours at 2 clinics requires evening availability (until 11pm) Other sites have standard hours Monday – Friday, 7 am – 8 pm; Saturday & Sunday, 7 am – 5 pm 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts depending on site This is a per-diem/as needed position with no guaranteed minimum number of shifts, hours, or compensation. There is no base pay or shift rate. Average compensation ranges from $1,200 - $2,500 per shift. Actual earnings may vary significantly based on shifts worked, productivity, and specialty mix.
