The Surgical Technician will assist the surgeon during consultations and surgeries, manage patient care before and after procedures, and ensure the accurate completion of necessary documentation like consent forms. Key duties include maintaining competency in anesthesia monitoring, preparing clinical instruments, and adhering strictly to compliance and safety guidelines.
Candidates must adhere to all OSHA and office safety guidelines, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate attention to detail while working efficiently. A Basic CPR Certification is required, while Oral and Maxillofacial Assisting/Dental Assistant Certification, Hepatitis B Vaccination & Titer, and TB Vaccination & Titer are preferred or required safety prerequisites.
