The role involves identifying and providing medical nutrition therapy services for referred inpatients and/or outpatients requiring complex diet education or counseling. This position also serves as a resource for patients, families, staff, and the community, while participating in quality improvement activities related to nutritional care.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science (or Arts) Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and be a Registered Dietitian or Registry Eligible, with a minimum of 6 months of nutrition-related experience. Required clinical skills include performing nutrition assessments, documenting care plans, interpreting lab values, and knowledge of enteral nutrition support.
To work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals in identifying and providing medical nutrition therapy services for inpatients and/or outpatients identified and/or referred for moderate to extensive/complex diet education/counseling or nutrition therapy; to serve as a resource for patients, families, staff and the community; and to participate in quality assessment/process improvement activities related to nutritional care.
6 months nutrition related (may include route to registration eligibility).
Bachelors of Science (or Arts) Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, Registered Dietitian or Registry Eligible.
Required License / Credentials: Registered Dietitian
Able to read, write and speak the English language. Clinical Skills for performing nutrition assessments for patients and documenting nutrition care plans, interpreting lab values and knowledge of enteral nutrition support.

The minimum starting rate for this position is $29.92
