The Licensed Practical Nurse maintains responsibility for all nursing care administered in conjunction with the Nurse Manager, including administering medications and giving direct care to residents. They must ensure physician orders are carried out, documented correctly, and direct nursing assistants in resident care.
Candidates must possess a valid NYS license as an LPN and be able to work rotating weekends and holidays. One year of experience in Long Term Care or acute care is preferred, along with excellent organizational skills.
Schedule: full time, nights, every other weekend and holiday requirements
