The role involves encouraging positive relationship building and promoting independence among individuals served. Responsibilities also include providing transportation, assisting with community activities, personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, and a valid State of Michigan driver's license is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass background checks, and become certified in CPR/First Aid.
