The specialist will serve as the clinical lead for behavioral supports within assigned programs, directly improving quality of life outcomes for people served. Key duties include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing support plans, and providing hands-on coaching to staff.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a qualifying clinical field, or hold BCBA certification, LMHC, or LCSW licensure. A valid driver's license is required, and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
