The Resident Assistant/Medication Manager will administer medications accurately according to schedules and assist residents with daily living activities like grooming and meal preparation to promote independence. They must also monitor resident well-being, report changes promptly, and maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration.
Candidates must be compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others, possessing strong communication and teamwork abilities. A key requirement is the successful completion of the Medication Manager course within six months of hiring.
