The role involves encouraging positive relationship building and promoting independence among individuals served. Responsibilities also include providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and supporting with cooking and meal preparation.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, and a valid State of Michigan driver's license is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass applicable background checks, and become certified in CPR/First Aid.
