• Shift: DayWe are looking for a full-time Housing Case Manager to provide Housing Support and Case Management services to individuals that have a history or are currently experiencing homelessness. This position requires a compassionate, resourceful, and highly organized individual who can effectively collaborate with a team to help empower clients to achieve stability and independence. Responsibilities Coordinate, make referrals, and follow up for services and resources as needed. Complete all admission and discharge paperwork in a timely manner. Attend and participate in case consultations, and supervision meetings. Assist clients with securing housing and interface with landlords to maintain housing. Provide support services once housed to help improve stability and longevity in housing. Use motivational interviewing techniques and engagement strategies to build an alliance with clients. QualificationsRequirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field. BSW applicants are required to be licensed (LSW) prior to beginning employment. One year of experience working in the mental health field. Must have the ability to work on a flexible schedule and work independently. Must have strong organization and time management skills. Pay
