The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve function by developing individualized treatment plans. Key duties include conducting comprehensive assessments, implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program and hold an active state Physical Therapist license in the state of employment. Current CPR/BLS certification is also required for this role.
