The Occupational Therapist will provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation for a general rehab caseload while participating in the interdisciplinary team process. Essential duties include evaluating and treating physical and cognitive deficits, designing restorative programs, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy and required state licensure, with two years of clinical experience preferred. Essential qualifications also include effective verbal and written communication, strong clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and effective time management.
