Job description
Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager, the Correspondence Coordinator is responsible for tracking, coordinating, responding, and monitoring pre and post payment audit requests. Work closely with other team members within the CBO department and HIM department.
Provide additional coverage within the CBO Insurance Follow-up team as needed.
Attention to detail: Must have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Must be able to communicate in English language through verbal, written, and reading skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
High level of multitasking ability
Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Problem-solve: Ability to identify problems, troubleshooting issues and find solutions.
Healthcare
Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and CBO functions preferred.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.

High School diploma or equivalent

Salary Range
$20.41 to $30.02/hour
Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
