The Recovery Specialist II delivers direct and indirect services tailored to individual service plans and Medicaid standards, addressing the physical and psychological needs of members served. This role involves providing care in various shifts, including on-call availability for AM, PM, and NOC rotations.
Candidates must possess either a high school diploma or GED plus two years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting, or a BA/BS with one year of mental health experience. Required knowledge includes basic nursing skills, interventions, and terminology related to mental and physical health conditions.

The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
Shifts Available: On Call; Shift Hours and Days vary as needed
AM: 7am-3:30pm
PM: 3pm-1130pm
NOC: 11pm-7:30am
Expected starting wage is $21 - $ 23.71. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and is subject to union membership requirements upon hire.
