The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for administering or assisting residents with medications and treatments, collecting specimens for laboratory studies, and communicating with physicians regarding orders and reports. This role also involves assisting in the development and revision of service plans and reporting resident needs to the Wellness Director.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English, along with meeting all state or provincial health-related requirements. Applicants must maintain a current professional license and CPR certification if applicable.
