The Flex Caregiver will serve as a mentor and safety net for seniors by providing high-quality personal care and stepping in for urgent client needs across Montgomery County. Responsibilities also include representing the agency during new client starts and collaborating with the care coordination team.
Candidates must possess an active Pennsylvania CNA license or have a minimum of four years of professional caregiving experience. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel within Montgomery County are also mandatory.
