Position Summary

As an Entry-Level CNA, you will provide hands-on personal care and daily living support based on each client’s individualized care plan. You will work closely with the care team to ensure client comfort, safety, and well-being in a home setting.

Requirements

Active CNA Certification

High School Diploma or GED: Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Strong communication and observation skills

New CNAs welcome to apply

Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Help with meals, feeding, and daily living activities

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment

Monitor and report changes in client condition

Assist with medication reminders and basic documentation

Schedule: Flexible shifts available (24/7) based on client needs
