The Medical Assistant will assist the provider team with one-on-one patient visits, managing patient flow in a fast-paced environment. Primary duties include preparing patients and equipment, assisting with phlebotomy and immunizations, performing vision and hearing exams, and documenting in EMR systems.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED, with MA certification preferred, and hold a Medication Aide Certificate and current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certifications. Experience in a multi-physician family practice and proficiency with Electronic Medical/Health Records (EMR) are highly preferred.
