Collaborate with primary case management agencies to provide support for youth and families in dependency care. Advocate for the safety, well-being, and permanency of the clients.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral, Human, or Social Services and at least two years of child welfare or case management experience. Must possess a Child Welfare or Case Manager Certification and a valid Florida Driver's License.
Responsible for working collaboratively with the primary case management agency in providing case management to youth and families in dependency care in order to advocate for their safety, well-being and permanency.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Services field from an accredited college/university required.
PLUS two (2) years child welfare and / or case management experience required.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Child Welfare Certification or Case Manager Certification required.
Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with a good driving record.
